It’s natural to feel stuck.
Whether it’s in life, work, or within ourselves, we all encounter moments where the way forward feels unclear. But often, growth begins right there—at the edge of that stuckness.
My coaching is rooted in three guiding principles:
- You already have what you need. Life equips us with the internal tools to face what it brings. When everything feels overwhelming, it usually means those tools are still hidden—tucked away behind doors you may not even know exist. You’re not broken, and you don’t need fixing. Sometimes, you just need someone to help you find the key.
- Not knowing is powerful. “Dwnim,” is Welsh for “I don’t know.” It’s a phrase I come back to often. Letting go of the pressure to have it all figured out is not a weakness—it’s a strength. It opens the door to unexpected insight and lasting change.
- Curiosity is the key. Every challenge is an unopened door, and curiosity is what unlocks it. You don’t need all the answers—just a willingness to explore what lies beyond the familiar. I don’t yet know what your tools look like—but I know they’re there. And I’m here to walk beside you as you find them, with curiosity, respect, and trust in your ability to unlock what’s already within.

About Me
I’ve lived across four continents, worked in everything from construction to the Foreign Office, and served in public office at a strategic level. I left school at 16 with no qualifications and spent years searching—for health, purpose, and something real. That journey led me through every kind of challenge and healing path imaginable. Today, I coach from lived experience, not theory—with empathy, honesty, and deep respect for where you’ve been.
I work in Welsh or English—and can manage some rusty Spanish too.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Coaching with me isn’t about advice-giving or fixing problems. It’s a space where we slow things down, explore what’s really going on, and get curious about what’s possible.
We work together to:
- Clarify where you are—and where you want to be
- Identify the patterns, beliefs, or systems keeping you stuck
- Reconnect with your internal tools, wisdom, and direction
- Create steady, meaningful movement—at your pace, on your terms
Whether you’re dealing with internal conflict, burnout, personal transitions, or deeper existential questions, our sessions create a steady space for reflection, challenge, and change.
